Acrionix Technologies is a specialized automation and testing consultancy. We provide the following services:

  • AI Agent Testing -- testing and validation for AI-powered applications and autonomous agents, including LLM testing, agent validation, prompt QA, and guardrails implementation
  • Performance Engineering -- load testing, stress testing, and performance optimization using tools like BlazeMeter, Locust, JMeter, and k6
  • Custom Diagnostic Tools -- bespoke desktop applications for browser diagnostics, system monitoring, and issue detection across Windows and macOS platforms
  • CI/CD Integration -- integration of testing into deployment pipelines and automated quality gates
  • API & Security Testing -- comprehensive API validation, contract testing, and security assessments

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and Acrionix Technologies.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to the Site
  • Use the Site to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or similar solicitation
  • Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission

4.1 Our Content

4.2 Client Work

Intellectual property rights for work created under a client engagement (including but not limited to test frameworks, automation scripts, custom tools, and documentation) will be governed by the specific terms of the written agreement or statement of work for that engagement. In the absence of such an agreement, all work product created by Acrionix Technologies remains our intellectual property until explicitly transferred in writing.

4.3 Trademarks

The Acrionix Technologies name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Acrionix Technologies. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

5. Confidentiality

Any information shared through our contact form or during discussions about potential or active engagements may contain confidential information. We treat all client communications with strict confidentiality. Specific confidentiality obligations will be outlined in any engagement agreement or non-disclosure agreement (NDA) entered into between the parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acrionix Technologies disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • That the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • That the results obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acrionix Technologies, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Site exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (EUR 100), whichever is greater.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Acrionix Technologies, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Acrionix Technologies. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party websites or services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also be entitled to invoke the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of that country.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Acrionix Technologies.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Acrionix Technologies regarding the use of the Site. Any separate engagement or service agreement entered into between you and Acrionix Technologies will govern the specific terms of that engagement and will take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
